Hat länger gedauert als angekündigt. Man erhält einfach Ersatzprodukte und wird vorab nicht einmal informiert ob man dies überhaupt möchte und bei einem Produkt nicht die Gramm und Gewürzrichtung stimmte. Auch bei der Lieferung unterschreibt man dies einfach ohne einen Hinweis zu erhalten. Kommunikation ist generell nur auf englisch möglich. Produkte sind aber alle lecker

On time , great selection, fresh and processed refunds super quickly as well. Samosas are next level

Great service! The delivery was on time, all the ordered products were included, and the vegetables were fresh and of good quality. Very satisfied with the experience.

This is the second time I have purchased products from Zora, but unfortunately the experience has again not been good.
One item from my order (bitter gourd/karela) was not available at the time of delivery, and I was told that the refund would be processed within 48 hours. I received my order on Monday, and today is Thursday, but I still have not received the refund.
Yesterday I called the team again, and they repeated the same thing — that the money would be transferred within 48 hours. I also asked if they could send an email regarding the missing product or refund, but they said that they would send an email only after the refund is processed.
I don’t understand the logic behind this. When you receive an order, you immediately send the bill by email. So if a product is unavailable or needs to be refunded or replaced, why not inform the customer by email on the same day?

Overall, this has not been a good experience again.

It’s a lie. I didn’t receive my order at all. At first, I waited for a whole day , then your colleague has contacted me after 21:35 on 2nd Feb by sms and wanted to deliver my order at 23:00 . Sorry, really NO GO!!! Time for bed!!! Your company is insane. Dont you think it’s very disrespectful and disturbing to deliver at late night?!!! Since then No one has contacted me again for new delivery . By the way, my order supposed to be delivered on Friday, 31st January. But it didn’t happen, then I contacted your company on Monday morning by email , 2nd February and then the chaos was starting 🙂‍↕️. Sorry, only bad experience with your company. Every email I sent to your email address and was error automagically sent them back to me, 🤔🤔🤔🤔 Also it was my 1st purchase and I paid over 85€. I want my money back!!!

2- Keine Antwort auf meine E-Mails, Anruf und auch nicht durch die zwei verschiedene WhatsApp Nummer.
3-Nur teilweise Erstattung.
4- Keine Lieferzeit zum wählen und auch keine notifikation vor die Einlieferung.
5- War meine erste und Letzte Einkauf.
