Zurban レビュー

Wrong size and no customer support

I ordered slides from Zurban, but they sent me the wrong size. The product quality was also very disappointing and the slides were not properly wearable.

I tried wearing them, but unfortunately they caused an injury to my foot. I contacted Zurban through both WhatsApp and email to request a solution, but I have not received any proper response.

Very disappointing experience. Sending the wrong size is already frustrating, but the lack of customer support after receiving a poor-quality product makes it even worse.

I would not recommend ordering from Zurban based on my experience.

Zurban customer service is poor. They send wrong unsold size Intentionally.
Don't buy

Do not buy from them. They are selling cheap fake items, and when you complain, they just put you on the ignore list. Stay away from them and keep your money safe.
