The agent I had was DAN J. He made the experience very smooth for me, I changed my mind a couple of times but he was more than happy to keep looking for what I wanted and he managed to find me exactly what I was looking for with a dealership that didn’t charge an admin fee and had reasonably priced delivery service and fit all the criteria I was looking for, I made the application and within 5 days I had the car. He was very helpful and knowledgeable which was beneficial to me as somebody who didn’t really know what they were looking for and it made the experience so easy for the fact he spoke to the dealerships on my behalf, he found me a payment plan within my monthly budget but still included everything I wanted in it. Very happy overall.

Good and clear communication

I strongly advise against using Zuto.
My experience has been extremely negative. When problems arise, there is no real support, and I was misled when being sold additional insurance, such as Bumper. I was clearly told it could be cancelled later — this turned out to be completely false. After contacting Bumper directly, I was informed that it is Zuto’s responsibility to cancel the policy, yet Zuto refuses to do so and claims they are unable.
This feels like a deliberate attempt to mislead customers and extract additional fees.
Customer service is unacceptable. In particular, my interaction with JOSH was shocking — unprofessional, dismissive, and disrespectful. His behaviour was rude and completely inappropriate for someone in a customer-facing role.
Overall, this company demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism, honesty, and respect for its customers. Based on my experience, I would strongly warn others to avoid them.

Great experience with Zuto. Ethen was my car expert and dealt with my enquiry I cannot thank him enough he was so helpful and kept me up to date on everything and got me the car I wanted.
