Not hard and contact with the Customer Care was seemless with instant query via web. Subsequently ordered new business cards on promo. Pretty straightforward. Problems arise when I want to change details to business card design. Artwotk is not stored on site and I cannot remember where I put Linton's disc. Even if I could find it I do not gave tge software to open his files. Would hrlp enormously if Goodprint had facilities for storage, upload and editing of artwork.
