Lastly, because I am not a frequent user I like the Artwork Dept to double-check my work. Rebecca is the Head of the department (at least on the customer facing side of things) and she is brilliant at her job!

I want to applaud Joseph a supervisor for Kelly Group, who oversaw a CityFibre install at my place today. He was brilliant!! His crew were somewhat reluctant to get the job done. Joseph turned up and it was turned around in 5-minutes. He is a great leader of men. Our country needs hundreds of thousands of Josephs!!!:-)

It was straightforward matter to deal with Simply Sound, and I was pointed to a solution that fits the price point I was looking for. The slight downside is that I have not got blu-tooth on the device, which is a minor pain, but I think that's down to me not looking closely enough at the functionality. Overall tho', I'm happy :-)

I'll happily share my experience with Beaumont Legal.

They have a portal to load documents. This is a good idea and certainly beats all the photocopying and emailing I have had to do with another solicitor where I am making a purchase. The portal could do with an expert in 'user experience' (UI) because early doors it was very frustrating to load all my docs and I needed assistance from a clever chap in the Office.

Getting hold of people in the office has been frustrating (something I see mentioned a lot in the reviews) and there were times when I despaired.

But here is the good news! Zoe and Chloe were really good:-)! They are under huge pressures but it seemed to me they cared about my sale and in fact, we were all done (including a 2-3 break from Christmas and the New Year) in around 9 -10 weeks.

Just to report setting up with Lycamobile was a breeze and Sandra,the tele-assistant, was brilliant. Thanks Sandra!!

I have never before come across such a brilliant legal service for property-related transactions.

Emina is great! She is everything that you could possibly want in a Customer Services Advisor.

Hermes reliably delivered my parcel and they have a slick returns process. They asked for detailed feedback on how they did which suggests to me that they are eager to find even more ways to satisfy the customer in the delivery process.

The superb Kwikfit mobile repair business model is in jeopardy!

Poor equipment dependability in the trucks frustrates the client, the fitter, and I presume, the dispatcher. It also puts the personnel in an invidious position of having to tell porkies to the customer, which obviously damages trust. I have experienced a 100% failure rate. What really kills? The problems are easily solved!!

This is the bad, but what about the good?

Staff are very well trained in customer care.

The two fitters have been pleasant, also the guys at the Service Centre, Customer Services, and the big boss who acceded, no quibbles, to my request for credit.

A mistake happened on confirmation of my booking and consequently I did not receive the tyre fitting within the expected window. This was partially remedied when I called.

However, after the tyres were fitted the technician did not have a working billing system and so I received a basic written confirmation.

The next day it was necessary for me to email to receive a copy of the vat receipt.

PS: The technician was welled trained, pleasant and efficient.

My wife having previously received excellent flowers from Serenata I was easily persuaded to use them to send flowers to a friend. She called last night, delighted!

I found the service absolutely first class from the booking, through to the status messaging, and culminating in our friend's delighted response.

I had my firdt purchase complered by designer of company logo etc. Now that i wanted to order for nyself I had to change prolie details to match my own. Not hard and contact with the Customer Care was seemless with instant query via web. Subsequently ordered new business cards on promo. Pretty straightforward. Problems arise when I want to change details to business card design. Artwotk is not stored on site and I cannot remember where I put Linton's disc. Even if I could find it I do not gave tge software to open his files. Would hrlp enormously if Goodprint had facilities for storage, upload and editing of artwork.
