I had a 3 piece suite that was too large for my current lounge, but which had been a major job getting in when I moved here as my lounge is upstairs!! So I was reluctant to change it even though I knew I needed to!! Then I was due to go into hospital last December for major surgery and I suddenly decided I needed it done! It was the last day for orders for Christmas delivery and I live 60 miles away from the store so I took my courage in both hands and ordered a 3 seater and a 2 seated sofa online! I had a call confirming my order and taking payment and confirmed they would deliver to my upstairs lounge!
I had my operation two weeks before Christmas, a local suction house came and took my old suite away on the morning of the arranged delivery, and in the afternoon I received a call from the drivers and they arrived as scheduled, without problem carried my new furniture upstairs and unpacked it, leaving me with a clean and tidy room and my new suite just 3 days before Christmas Day! I was unable to help due to the operation but they left no mess and were very polite .
One year on I still love my suite, it still looks good and suits the room perfectly! I am very happy with DFS, and my sofas!
