Didn't turn up when arranged.
Originally I was having some tickets delivered to my home address. I was unable to be there in working hours so a card /email advised that I could rearrange a delivery. I arranged for a delivery to an offcie of the company I work for. On the day arranged which gave DX about a weeks notice they didn't turn up. I waited 8 hours with no notification that they wouldn't be arriving. The tracking site said they would be delivered on the arranged day throughout the day. I then had another two hours journey to get home. They then delivered to that offcie the next day without asking me if I'd be there and delivered despite me not being there with any proof of my identity. I'd rather the ticket agency didn't use this company.
