Only use Talk Talk if you have to.
I've had a contract with them for two years. On the two times I've needed to contact them they have been useless. Took three days to get my broadband back to service. The second occasion they sent me an email asking me to renew my contract. I was unable to login to my account. Went through the process of chatting to a bot to be then put through to an operator who after twenty minutes said he'd fixed the issue but that I would be unable to login for twenty four hours. No compensation offered for the three days without broadband.
I'm only using them because there is no fibre connection in my road as yet. I can't wait to leave.
The service is fine until there is an issue.
