Not impressed
Furniture fine. Communication between ordering in store and delivery guys appears to be nil. I specifically told the guy when ordering that the bed settee was going upstairs. Had a conversation about the type of staircase and access and was told it was no problem. Delivery men had no instruction to say it was as going upstairs and were not happy. They got it upstairs with a lot of moaning. No damage was done to the settee, staircase or decoration for which I am grateful. Also the business of only letting you know the day before delivery what 3 hour time slot you are allocated is rediculous when you have to organise time off work and rearrange clients etc. They surely have got people clever enough working for the company who can put some better working practices into place. They are extremely inefficient. Find that once you have paid for your goods customer service goes out if the window. DFS are just not bothered about the customer
