I'm sorry to read your one star review and that you feel you have received poor customer service from us. As you have mentioned, and as my colleague advised you, the card slots in all of our cases are indeed intended for the storage of one card each. Having told us that you fill each slot with two cards, this naturally adds extra strain to the leather and increases the likelihood of rips or tears. I can only apologise that this occurred, however as this was caused by overfilling of the card slots during almost five months of use and not through any kind of manufacturing fault, we feel that offering you 50% discount of the purchase of a new case is a very reasonable gesture of goodwill. I'm sorry that you did not wish to accept this and that you feel this is poor customer service.
