Paid for collection, no one turned up!
I waited in all day yesterday for these incompetent conmen to pick up a parcel, collection window 08.00 to 20.00, guess what? No one turned up, no message, nothing. You just cannot trust these people and especially on the run up to Christmas I would avoid them like the plague!

I'm really sorry that your parcel has not been collected. Unfortunately, the courier hasn't stated a reason for the failed collection. I would really like to resolve this for you, i will send you an email to the address we hold on file to discuss some alternative options.
