Highly unimpressed!

Ordered a Michael Kors watch for my partners 30th birthday. Tracking information wasn't updating to say that they had my item, so I had to keep emailing JB Watches to chase it up. The next week (same week of my partners birthday) they email to say that the item has been lost and they've issued a refund. But they did this without offering the opportunity to have another watch sent out (apparently due to system failures they're unable to do this) or let me select a different watch instead. So now it's the week of my partners birthday, i have no watch and no money to buy another watch until I've waited further week to receive my refund, by which time my partners birthday will have been and gone! Not happy at all!

Thank you for taking the time to leave the review and we are really sorry about this issue.

We do understand how disappointing this situation is for you. Unfortunately, as advised in an email sent by the Customer Service member, due to the technical difficulties, we were unable to offer a replacement offer. In this case, to resolve the issue as soon as possible, we have issued a full refund for your order and this may take within 5-7 working days for the funds to show up on your account. We know that the refunds are usually expected to be cleared as quickly as the payment is taken, however, the bank requires a specific amount of the time to process the refund request, which is out of our control and we are unable to speed up this process.

We are really sorry that we cannot be of more assistance with this matter and on behalf of Royal Mail we do apologise for this inconvenience caused.
