Despite all the bad reviews on here I cant say I've ever had bad customer service. My wifi went down on 27th of March and I hadn't been able to use it until yesterday but this is because I didn't call them straight away to get it sorted. When I did call them they carried out a check on my router and found this wasnt the issue there was an issue with the broadband itself. My broadband/faceplate on the wall is owned by BT but this was not an issue for the sse team. They contacted BT for an engineer to come out, to which I was surprised with the current covid-19 situation going on. The engineer came out after 4 days of raising the issue and replaced the faceplate that was causing all the issues (old had rusted). Sse also reimbursed me for the months service I lost. Brilliant service provided! Will be sticking with them for a long time to come!
