I am happy with the product and the delivery service was well organised. The drivers were friendly and helpful. I was a bit annoyed that they refused to take the old fridge away because it had not completely defrosted and i had to leave it in my yard till the next day. I understand this is an issue but it should be an obvious one to highlight to customers, not put it (as the driver said) in the 'small print'. This was, however, my only issue.
