The roofing company I used finished the job on time but I am still waiting, despite paying them, 2 weeks on, for the scaffolding to be removed. I have also, despite being told I would, not received any warranty. The company in question's website seems to be down and I am fearful of where this might lead.

I am happy with the product and the delivery service was well organised. The drivers were friendly and helpful. I was a bit annoyed that they refused to take the old fridge away because it had not completely defrosted and i had to leave it in my yard till the next day. I understand this is an issue but it should be an obvious one to highlight to customers, not put it (as the driver said) in the 'small print'. This was, however, my only issue.

My first order seemed to be lost on the system and the website seemed to contradict what the employee was telling me, regarding delivery charges. However, he did ensure the bike was delivered in acceptable time. I will try them again.

I have been using Wiggle ever since I caught the 'roadie bug' a few years ago and have found them consistantly good. There is always loads of reviews to help you make a choice, a good 'Q & A' section and keen pricing. I can only say about customer service that I have never felt let down.
It would be good to see some reviews from the cycling press, alongside fellow bikers.
But overall, excellent service!

I have only just started using Merlin and the initial reason but the price difference on the bibs I wanted. Since then, I have used them a few times and can't fault the service. Indeed, I needed a new part for my road bike for a big ride next weekend and knew that in my experience, only Merlin would get it to me in good time (proved by the item arriving today, having been ordered on Sunday!).
