Took over a week and numerous ignored emails to even process my order. Tried phoning 4 times to find out what was happening and each time got cut off before speaking to anyone - one time after 27 mins in a queue!! Emailed and complained asking for an explanation of what had happened and they couldn't even be bothered to respond. Appalling service all round! Not a happy customer.
