The only delays we've had is if the Drs have taken their time authorising the prescription. Most of the time your meds are with you within a few days of ordering and no long waits in pharmacies either with the home delivery at no cost.

Amazing service. My order was packed and shipped the day I placed it and arrived very quickly. I ordered the llama super shrink keyrings to go in the party bags for my daughters llama themed birthday party. The feedback has been great, her friends loved them.

No contact after 3 working days of order placement despite website stating orders will be dispatched within this time or you will be contacted, email sent with no reply. Second email sent the next day, still no response. The following day refund received with no explanation. Poor customer service, would not have liked to have had an issue with an order I had actually received. Will shop elsewhere in future.
In response to your reply how have I had a refund then if I never placed an order? Lying now as well as poor service - great business!!

Second time I've had appalling service. Took over a week to dispatch, no explanation, no apology despite emailing. Wont be giving them a 3rd chance

Placed order thurs, friday received email saying it would be delivered monday, nothing came, order status still saying processing and courier saying they havent got it. Email PDO to be told it would be delivered tues/weds. Weds evening and still no food for my cats. Emailed again. Thursday (1 week after placing order) received response saying another bag had been sent out for delivery Friday. Friday = no delivery, order status STILL says processing and courier STILL says they haven't got the parcel. Joke of a company! Let's see how long it takes to get a refund now!!

Took over a week and numerous ignored emails to even process my order. Tried phoning 4 times to find out what was happening and each time got cut off before speaking to anyone - one time after 27 mins in a queue!! Emailed and complained asking for an explanation of what had happened and they couldn't even be bothered to respond. Appalling service all round! Not a happy customer.

Excellent service. They kept me updated with emails, text message and even a phone call to say when they would arrive. They arrived just when they said they would and were very polite. Fantastic service which a lot of other delivery companies could learn a lot from!

awful! If you want your parcel just left behind a plant pot by your front door then this is the company for you! Of course you wont know it's been left there because your online tracking and the card they leave will both say completely different things and the photo taken will be hard to even recognise as anywhere in a 10 mile radius of your house!!
Only left 1 star as unable to leave none.

Our first stay at Sandy Balls Holiday village and we loved it! Got an upgrade from a caravan to a luxury lodge which was great. The resident alpacas are a fantastic bonus to this holiday park . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back in the future.

Brilliant service! Ordered Wednesday evening when I realised my dogs food was almost gone. Estimated delivery was the next week but the order was dispatched the next day and delivered on the Friday morning!! I was really impressed. Great price too!

Disgusted doesn't come close to how I feel. I ordered 4 canvases for xmas presents via the wowcher deal on dec 5th for guaranteed xmas delivery. My order is STILL PENDING!!!! I have lost count of the number of emails I have now sent with no response from this joke of a company. If they couldn't complete all orders in time for xmas they should have just been honest with people instead of telling lies and promising the orders would be there in time. I have complained to wowcher who didn't seem to care less. I suppose they have their money so it doesn't matter to them. I am now in the process of complaining to PayPal and also trading standards as this is not acceptable!

I found them on Google shopping when looking for a rocker for my baby girl which was out of stock everywhere else online. I placed my order and got immediate confirmation from them. The estimated delivery time was a couple of weeks but the item was coming from Spain! I was kept informed on their website of the progress of my order and was emailed once the item was dispatched. The rocker was delivered the day after estimated delivery date so I'm very happy. They did take a little time responding to an email I sent them before placing my order but you have to take into account that they need to translate the email and respond in a foreign language. Overall very happy to have the item I couldnt get in this country and at a much cheaper price 😊
