Took nearly 2 weeks to go online after…

Took nearly 2 weeks to go online after being told 48hrs
Problems with the website cancelling viewing
Problems with the App
No support from my agent
Ignored texts and emails
Go to a real agent and don’t bother with Purple Bricks they take your money and run.
Complaints procedure not worth a rub so I will make sure I tell everyone that will listen what a bad service you get from PB.
