Disappointed I had to wait 5 days until…
Disappointed I had to wait 5 days until first offer if visit to repair. Then I couldn't do as had a medical appointment as you wouldn't stipulate mornings or afternoons and i couldn't be free all day. That's a big ask! I then had a 3 hour slot to wait in, which I only heard about 6pm the night before. I had to cancel my activity and you came during the last half hour of the slit and took 5 minutes! Fixed I know and I am pleased but arranging the call out by online once plus 2 phone calls then the long wait for repair and the wait in period I found unnecessary.
