Used iCarhireinsurance many times. Easy to read policy notice and with the app took about 10 mins. The information notice telling you that your cover is sufficient and legal in the country you are visiting gave me the confidence to refuse all the extras that the hire company reps try to get you to buy when you collect your car.

My old lawn mower needed changing. Checking previous comments and cost went for a similar size machine my garden is medium size. Ordered on line and picked the new machine up 20 mins later from the Reading Tilehurst store. Easy construction (the bin is fiddly) but machine is nice and light , has 3 height cutting levels.

Returning customer after a few searches found cheaper options but returned due to the standard of cover for just a few pounds more and only took a few minutes to set up ready for a summer of foreign travel.

Selection of equipment and supportive staff ( who were not just after a sale) but knew their stuff gave advice on the best boots for my walking needs. Only been on short walks so far 1-2 miles boots comfortable and waterproof. I had to go a size bigger my normal size was very tight and narrow.

Bought the double pack of robe hooks for some new doors we had hung. Good quality and cost. Come with screws (I used my own screws the ones provided were not a good quality) would recommend this product.

Bought tyres on line and booked an appointment for fitting that suited my schedule. Competitive prices and my tyres were delivered to the store. I had to wait for the fitters to finish a job and I was straight in. I was kept updated with the work which took about 40mins two tyres and tracking.

Very easy to set up on line after discussing with a member of the support team who clarified all my concerns so I was happy I was selecting the right policy for upcoming trip

Boots arrived as promised. The boots are comfy but very narrow. I take a size 9 UK but take a size 10 boot to wear extra socks. The boot is so tight I only need one pair. Only one long walk so far (due to lock down) but it was wet and muddy and my feet were dry. Good buy at this price.

Disappointed I had to wait 5 days until first offer if visit to repair. Then I couldn't do as had a medical appointment as you wouldn't stipulate mornings or afternoons and i couldn't be free all day. That's a big ask! I then had a 3 hour slot to wait in, which I only heard about 6pm the night before. I had to cancel my activity and you came during the last half hour of the slit and took 5 minutes! Fixed I know and I am pleased but arranging the call out by online once plus 2 phone calls then the long wait for repair and the wait in period I found unnecessary.

I was caught in the second year insurance premium increase. Nice quote for the first year then wallop a massive unexplained increase. I did a few searches and Rias kept coming up in my price range. I though if my old company don't want my business im off elsewhere. Good quote and easily purchase on line,

Bought the made to measure loft cover due to cold air getting past the old door making the stairwell and hall cold in winter. Followed instruction on how to measure the loft hole (good fit guys not packing needed)
I was told that I would be notified once the item had been made and posted which I was. The item arrived well packaged which was good as I was not home when it arrived.
After removing the old loft door and fittings it took the Mrs and me about 15 minutes to fit and screw the new door into place. Looks good sleek lines hope we will see benefits when winter comes. The door drop gives plenty of space so the loft ladder does not rest on the door.
This is a two person job to fit this item.

Used company before always competitive prices, booking very easy (not asked hundreds of questions). Cars that I have collected have been of a good standard.

Booked a service and MOT on line offering discount. James called on the day of the service apologising that the MOT engineer had gone sick, re booked the appointment on a date that suited me. On the day turned up they were expecting me handed the keys over. I had calls after the service to say all as OK then later to say the car was ready for collection. Would consider using Halfords again.
