All products approx 200cal with low carbs.
Easy to follow plans: 800cal = 4products or 3products & 200cal meal, or 2 products & 400cal meal, etc - 1000cal plan/1200plan/etc...
Just focus on the water increase throughout the day to 2-3litres/daily.
Some products are not to everyone's taste, but like me find the ones you really like & off you go. There is a slight taste of saccharin but you get used to it - loads are really nice.
It is great for re-education about food & portion control by going back to basics i.e shakes, smaller sized meals & pastie bars.
The important thing is 'I can lose weight' for health reasons, but if you're not committed, like everything, can be quite pricey over time. :)
