I enjoy shopping with Coopers & have done for a number of years now.
In that time, I've only had to contact Customer Service once & they were polite & helpful.
They've a great range of quality items to choose from.
I'd recommend both products & Cooper staff. A+++++

Although I barely complain, Trustpilot has proven to be a powerful 'friend'.
[After 2 months & no refund from a company after they had no stock left, I put a negative review here & within 1 hour they were in touch & promised my refund.]

Awful service!
I was happy when i had no queries & have been a good customer also pay early, upon receipt every time!
Then Studio cancelled an order (out of stock) for £15 in OCTOBER - I am still waiting credit.
Every time I contact them, they use a different name asking repeatedly the reason for credit & order number.
They're good at taking my money but it's a fight to get my own money back.
There is no human contact now, no phone number & no-one to speak to. Its awful.
If they don't credit my account in 10days I will be charged interest, yet they owe me!
I also bought an item for £8 & have a screenshot of the price... in the basket it was £8, but they say I've to pay full price of £18 as that's what I agreed at checkout. Every item is a sale price, so why is this full price? It's mis-selling & misleading having prices changing from selection to the confirmation!
I feel robbed! So when I receive my credits I'll be closing my account. There's lots of places to shop where the customer service resolve valid queries quickly, who don't steal your money!

Good quality purchases. Very easy to order & browse. Love the sales as even a small discount helps nowadays due to price hikes.

All products approx 200cal with low carbs.
Easy to follow plans: 800cal = 4products or 3products & 200cal meal, or 2 products & 400cal meal, etc - 1000cal plan/1200plan/etc...
Just focus on the water increase throughout the day to 2-3litres/daily.
Some products are not to everyone's taste, but like me find the ones you really like & off you go. There is a slight taste of saccharin but you get used to it - loads are really nice.
It is great for re-education about food & portion control by going back to basics i.e shakes, smaller sized meals & pastie bars.
The important thing is 'I can lose weight' for health reasons, but if you're not committed, like everything, can be quite pricey over time. :)
