Incompetent, pathetic Customer Services.
Over an hour on the phone waiting to speak to someone, inept Customer Services when I finally get through with another 40 minutes wait while the person speaks to their line manager.
Promise made about phoning me back and emails being sent to me which didn't happen.
Impossible to contact via email, web form "not being monitored at this time" and the "Chat Bot - Virtual Assistant" incapable of the simplest request, so have to go through the ridiculously long wait on the phone again.
All the above because I received a letter asking me for my annual payment which I paid in August.
Absolutely pathetic.
I dread to think what it will be like if I need to make a claim!!!
