My biggest problem I have is the avalanche of emails and catalogues from you. I receive at least one email a day, and there has been over the last few weeks an issue of a catalogue every week. I would also draw your attention to the fact that the contents of the catalogue does not particularly change. At this time the proliferation of paper is unwelcome and affecting the environment. I have bought some Bladder control patches and syrup from you, I'm not too sure whether they are working, but I am impressed with Ruby who supports the course of treatment.
