My biggest problem I have is the avalanche of emails and catalogues from you. I receive at least one email a day, and there has been over the last few weeks an issue of a catalogue every week. I would also draw your attention to the fact that the contents of the catalogue does not particularly change. At this time the proliferation of paper is unwelcome and affecting the environment. I have bought some Bladder control patches and syrup from you, I'm not too sure whether they are working, but I am impressed with Ruby who supports the course of treatment.

Very easy to assemble the third one was built very quickly. The packaging holding the metal parts seemed too flimsy, a large quantity fell out when the delivery man handed it over which scratched the wood floor in the hall.

The products we procured were very good quality, packaged in a manner to eliminate any possible damage. One of my items was a cupboard which came flat packed, the instructions enclosed were the easiest I have ever seen for such furniture. All delivery promises were maintained.
