Returns policy terrible
I purchased the dotty day dress as a Christmas present. The dress is still selling for full price on their website but I am out of time to return. I am being penalised for doing my Christmas shopping early. The dress is a small and is huge more like a large. Will not be buying from them again!!

I am very sorry to read your review. I have taken a look and can see your order was placed in October. I am afraid this is just too far out of our return period for us to accept back. All returns have to be requested within 14 days and returned within 30 days. I am sorry we are unable to honor this, this time- Faye, SF Team x
