I have not had my washer repair done…

I have not had my washer repair done yet. This is from November last year. 2 visits , different engineers, both said they'd order parts , last one said wouldn't be ready till after Christmas. Nothing happened. I rang in march this year and appointments had to be cancelled because of my son's hospital appointments. The second Tim e I told engineer wouldn't be in a Tuesday, I had to rearrange I did it online that Monday night at 11pm had a message saying engineer coming Tuesday. Ihad to send messages and emails to cancel . What kind of service? Not helpful as you will be charged 20 pounds for it cancelling. The whole thing is disgusting. My machine has had numerous repairs since I had it. I should be given a replacement for all if this. , Totally NOT satisfied
