Disgusting treatment of customers

I bought online 5 items including a hair waver 39.99. 2 items arrived first, the waver and a shower gel, but the box was big enough for 4 shoe boxes. So the gel had leaked in transit some on the electric hair waver box. I wrote out a form , but next day took the waver back , the woman on till issued a refund didnot give a receipt when I asked. I also bought a different hair appliance. I saw a text saying a refund was issued. Next day, today 16/03 a refund of £4, was in my account. So the assistant issued the wrong item amount. I rang Boots who said I might not get a reply of complaint and to go to the Leicester store. I rang again to Nottingham office and they made a case for it. Tomorrow I am going in store and complaining and ensure I get a correct refund. DISGUSTING SERVICE , all the assistants are bothered about is getting you a vantage card and health check. With this rigmorol I dont want to shop at Boots now.

Zero stars WAYFAIR

Zero stars. I ordered things before were ok and I ordered a settee which I thought would come by 14 June. I didn't see the whole email saying it was being delivered 2. June as a toilet seat was first on the email id ordered ..I had to work that day and unknown it was being delivered I got a call from XDP saying that he was there with it , I'd not got the text in time to see 2 hour time slot I eventually found the tracking on the text and saw a booking date for redelivery 5 or 6 June I booked 5 and waited for confirmation nothing I rang Wayfair who weren't sure said they think it's coming it didn't I tried contacting XDP, not really customer based as industry based
I got no further all week, told Wayfair I want refund said when they get hold of settee I can. Absolutely ridiculous. I was paying by clearpay who are taking payments still. My bank refunded first payment to me but it's ongoing dispute. I went through Resolver and Wayfair said order locked, I have to ask bank for refunds etc. ?????WHAT KIND OF DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE, CUSTOMERS IS LAST , I'm a full time carer for my Autistic mentally ill son , this kind of thing DOESN'T HELP
I have today got a new settee from Dunelm with top class service, advised me twice yesterday and twice today time of delivery. Very helpful people, clear and excellent service. UNLIKE UNCARING RUDE WAYFAIR WHERE IM WAITING FOR THEM TO ADVISE CLEARPAY TO STOP MY PAYMENTS AND RETURN MONEY TO CLEARPAY. I have contacted you numerous times and you need to give the refund, and reply to messages on Resolver

I am also like other reviews here for a refund, for 3 weeks now. I have rang, messaged and emailed now have at last in writing on email it will be refunded by the time scale. What bothers me the call centre is so rude and treated me like a criminal for speaking on behalf of my son who has mental health conditions. They are not nice people and I cancelled also due to delivery time being different like someone else did. I used then in the past when their stores open DEFINITELY NOT AGAIN

Very bad customer Service from Carphone Warehouse…

Service from Carphone Warehouse atrocious, no updates , no understanding of people with mental health conditions, rude and nasty. Every time I spoke I got treated like a criminal, for speaking on behalf of my son. DISGUSTING SERVICE NO REPLY ABOUT COMPLAINT

I have not had my washer repair done…

I have not had my washer repair done yet. This is from November last year. 2 visits , different engineers, both said they'd order parts , last one said wouldn't be ready till after Christmas. Nothing happened. I rang in march this year and appointments had to be cancelled because of my son's hospital appointments. The second Tim e I told engineer wouldn't be in a Tuesday, I had to rearrange I did it online that Monday night at 11pm had a message saying engineer coming Tuesday. Ihad to send messages and emails to cancel . What kind of service? Not helpful as you will be charged 20 pounds for it cancelling. The whole thing is disgusting. My machine has had numerous repairs since I had it. I should be given a replacement for all if this. , Totally NOT satisfied

Very nice boots

Very nice boots look better than the picture, I thought suede but is a leatherette good for rain. I didn't realize fur lining so really warm. For the price ,a third of MMP very good.

I was happy with the Driver not times of delivery

I was very happy with the Driver, friendly and rang my intercom where many don't. But the box was ripped at the top and side , the parcel inside was ok so that was lucky. But I wasn't pleased how the delivery times are so wide open and you're not sure even the exact day without contacting on chat.

I liked the jacket I ordered

I liked the jacket I ordered, but the dress looked a lot different as I didn't realize the sequins were all silver ,it looked white lace with the sequins, so was a shock that all silver. Also the dress was just jammed in the outer packet and I thought could have ripped on opening easily. But the parcels came early and I just think more description would help on the pages.

Very good service

I wasn't sure the weights would fit in my case ,so the man said hell get them whilst I paid if not he'd give a refund. As I'd paid he had them ready. And they fitted in the case ,was very helpful as I couldn't lift them he put in the case. Thanks for good service.
