This is my second time with VM..still don't rate them.

This is my second time with VM, second time prompted by my son who thought that their fast speed fiber optic bands would give the best performance. I didn't rate VM previously prices always being increased, now however we are finding that the Internet connection drops constantly or has a weak connection. When contacting VM (if you can find the contact number which appears to be hidden) you get to speak to polite customer service representatives, who unfortunately appear to have little knowledge of your requests. Overall when my current contract is finished I'll be going elsewhere.
