Ordering was straightforward and easy. Delivery was quick,item was well packaged. The product itself was a perfect cut and finish.I will definitely use this company again and would recommend.

Quality furniture.

Item was delivered as stated, however communication difficulties,and also came across as quite rude. In addition one very large furniture item was placed without much care upside down in the packaging .Very pleased with items, quality and speed of delivery but customer skills could be improved.

I had ordered a replacement smart meter…

I had ordered a replacement smart meter ( which was simple and straightforward. When it arrived i was experiencing difficulties with connection, I contacted Utillita,and spoke to a very helpful lady in customer service who adjusted issue at her end, hey presto we were connected.

Was looking for perspex cut to size for…

Was looking for perspex cut to size for a project and came across Plastic Sheets. Placed an order with measurements which was delivered promptly, and kept informed during the order process. Arrived securely packaged with precision cutting. Very pleased with my order and will definitely use this company again.

This is my second time with VM..still don't rate them.

This is my second time with VM, second time prompted by my son who thought that their fast speed fiber optic bands would give the best performance. I didn't rate VM previously prices always being increased, now however we are finding that the Internet connection drops constantly or has a weak connection. When contacting VM (if you can find the contact number which appears to be hidden) you get to speak to polite customer service representatives, who unfortunately appear to have little knowledge of your requests. Overall when my current contract is finished I'll be going elsewhere.

Wasn't really sure about this mattress…

Wasn't really sure about this mattress and had to go on others reviews because of lockdown. However what a lovely surprise, just right for me with just the right amount of firmness , also comes rolled up a first for me amazing. If you don't have anyone to help you upstairs with it pay for that service as its very heavy. Its also a very high mattress which I like, and has handles to turn it round when needed. All in all I'm really really happy with my purchase.
