I have found SmileLife in the main…

I have found SmileLife in the main excellent to deal with, particularly in terms of customer service.
However the retainers did not do what I envisaged and the aftercare has been very lacking. The dentist was quite dismissive and tried to convince me that my teeth are perfectly straight (when they are clearly not) and even suggested a veneer for one (defeating the reason I went to SmileLife). I felt dismissed once the “treatment” was over. I pushed the issue and am now on additional retainers but I am not confident about going back to meet the dentist if they fail.

Thank you for your praise of our customer support team - it is greatly appreciated.

When a customer is interested in receiving teeth straightening treatment with us, we use that customer's impression moulds or 3D Scan images to create a digitized Treatment Plan for them. This Treatment Plan shows how that customer's teeth look at that moment and how they will look after treatment.
If the customer is not happy with that Treatment Plan, they can reject it and the matter ends there.

However, if they are happy with everything, they will confirm and their aligners will be printed and sent in order to give them the end result that they have seen on their Treatment Plan.

You confirmed your Treatment Plan and so your results now match that Treatment Plan. That is where SmileLife’s work ends.
