Really love this pharmacy. Have ordered online a few times- extremely quick shopping, lovely packaging and they even throw in some chocolate! A lovely experience receiving online orders from them!

Never a great experience.
Firstly I had a failed implant. I know this happens sometimes, but can’t help wondering if it failed partly because the clinic inserted not only a defective temporary crown (which literally caused me weeks of the worst pain I have ever known) but the crown was actually based on the scan of a different patient. I was ignored when I pointed out that the crown was twice the size of my other teeth. This was my first indication that competence isn’t a strong feature of this clinic.
Back again to redo the procedure. Really bad communication, lacking follow ups, and I have a swollen and cut lip after an appointment yesterday- they are very rough with the mouth. I don’t think it’s normal to be leaving with cut lips.
Would not recommend this clinic on any level.

Awful experience.
Went through online platform (15 day bidding platform with countdown) twice for same property (a 2 bed in Hampton, closer to Ballymun than Finglas tbf)- was highest bidder at deadline on second time at €22k over asking. Vendors then demanded another €13k “at least” to go Sale Agreed- pure greed and mockery of a system that buyers engage with in good faith. Why set the asking price at €40k lower than you are “willing” to accept? Turns out they wanted to go back to the top bidder from the first online platform process (though they hadn’t engaged with the second) and then tried to play both of us off against each other- no thanks!! Absolute waste of time and energy. Wouldn’t go near this Estate Agents again.Very poor communication and lack of information from Lee- hadn’t a clue about the property.
Would not recommend at all.

Aftercare is atrocious, as are consultants at Baggott Street. Had to go to a private dentist to confirm what I already knew (i.e.that I was left with gaps between my teeth) and had to submit these scans to SmileLife before they would concede. Finally purchased my final retainer- queried it after a 3 week wait and was informed somebody forgot to send it to print, so another long wait. Not happy at all

Such a bad clinic. You literally feel like you are on a conveyor belt, being on assed from person to person over a message portal. No co- ordination, no information or guidance, no empathetic or humane element. Starting to severely doubt the “expertise” of the experts who work there- they don’t seem to be in line with other fertility clinics in Ireland, quite concerning.

I have found SmileLife in the main excellent to deal with, particularly in terms of customer service.
However the retainers did not do what I envisaged and the aftercare has been very lacking. The dentist was quite dismissive and tried to convince me that my teeth are perfectly straight (when they are clearly not) and even suggested a veneer for one (defeating the reason I went to SmileLife). I felt dismissed once the “treatment” was over. I pushed the issue and am now on additional retainers but I am not confident about going back to meet the dentist if they fail.

Not impressed with Repromed to date. Dealing with such an emotive and sensitive issue as fertility over a hard- to- use message portal with multiple people dealing with different aspects and no overall co- ordinator or contact person is very frustrating.

Really excellent company.
Affordable braces, excellent customer service and very efficient (I had my braces delivered to me within 2 weeks of my consultation). Never imagined braces could be so easy and hassle free (having gone through the pain and expense of train tracks before).
The high level of customer service offered by SmileLife is rare these days.
My brother recommended SmileLife to me and I’ve already recommended to others.
