I got a message saying they were unable to deliver my package as I was not home which wasn't true as I was home all day! The photo they uploaded wasn't of my house nor was the gps location my address
When the parcel did turn up it was left behind a wheelie bin when I've specifically asked not to be left anywhere if no one is at home.
