I've been kept up to date with my potential claim and advised what I needed to fill in and how to do it. With this help I would have given up because I'm useless with technology. Great experience

Although I've signed up for yearly next day delivery and my most recent order was not delivered for 6 days with no correspondence. Poor customer service experience

This whirlpool dryer was a product replacement for a hotpoint dryer that was recalled due to fire safety. Unfortunately it stopped working after just over a week. After waiting over 6 weeks for the initial replacement to be sent I now have to wait 10dys for this replacement for the 'new' dryer
Took my car in for a full service and mot yesterday and they were all so helpful. They explained the advisories and my vehicle was left without any grease marks over it. I've been using these for over 10years and never had a complaint yet. I always recommend them to friends and family

An engineer came out at the time agreed. He was polite and kept his work area clean and tidy. Although he couldn't fix my dryer on this visit I'm more than happy with the outcome
I got a message saying they were unable to deliver my package as I was not home which wasn't true as I was home all day! The photo they uploaded wasn't of my house nor was the gps location my address When the parcel did turn up it was left behind a wheelie bin when I've specifically asked not to be left anywhere if no one is at home.
Received a message to say my parcel would be delivered and waited in all day, on checking status of parcel it says driver attempted delivery and was unable to gain access. This is not true as there are no restrictions where I live. It's annoying you can't speak to someone at hermes to resolve any problems. 3 days later I'm still waiting for my parcel!
Ordered phone online when I received it phone was not working so I returned it via Manchester store and they ordered another A grade one from another store and said it would be delivered next day. Waited 3dys and when I collected phone it wasn't A grade as was missing accessories so got refunded. 1st time I've used this company and will definitely be the last, I was given so much conflicting info from the staff/supervisor!!

Before purchasing, we book in all products for testing. Our purchasing process includes testing followed by grading the product however, sorry that this was over looked in your case.
