My recent contact with bulb was very helpful and they dealt with my increase in direct debit issue very quickly. Lots of problems at the moment in the energy market but bulb listened and offered a support to deal with my query and resolve. I've now switched to monthly usage billing and they refunded the credit that I had back into my bank within 24 hours. A further plus was that they answered my call within a couple of minutes most companies take you through a million computerised questions before letting you speak to anyone, well done 👏
