Great products and support

Used the Wiser 2 zone heating control system for a couple of years. Easy to use with a straight forward app to control your heating and hot water. I have had a couple of glitches when changing Internet supplier re connecting to the Internet but wiser have a fantastic telephone helpline. Everytime I have had to call them they've been really supportive and patient sorting the problem for me. I would definitely recommend there systems for ease of use and reliability

We had Youfibre installed 3 weeks ago…

We had Youfibre installed 3 weeks ago and despite a couple of teething problems with installation issues all now seems to have been resolved. Youfibre booked our installation and arrived very promptly to complete the installation as promised. The two engineers that arrived to complete the installation were sub contractors. They were a little rushed and didn't spend much time explaining or checking anything before they left. Two days later we experienced a complete loss of broadband. I used the online chat facility and once we established the issue and engineer was booked for 36 hours later to attend and resolve ( only this long due to it being the weekend). The engineer that arrived this time was a Youfibre employee, he was very efficient and helpful and established the fibre cable had been damaged on installation and he promptly replaced and checked it was all working correctly.
All good until around a week later when we started to experience, drop out and very poor reception upstairs in the property.
Again I used the webchat and eventually managed to book a further engineer visit to completely check the entire set up. Matt S arrived today another youfibre employed engineer and was fantastic. He checked everything out really thoroughly and found a couple of issues causing the poor wifi signal in our property. Matt S was very professional and definitely a credit to the company he's employed by.
Hopefully all the small teething problems have now been resolved and we can look forward to a good wifi signal and service from Youfibre. I've still given them 5 stars because the response and service to resolve the initial issues was excellent.

Don't buy from this company

Well where do I start. Ordered from the Debenhams website due to well know name and previous reputation. Should have done my checks first. Ordering was good and communication re delivery fine. Freezer delivered in good time, I had to arrange delivery to the garage at home due to the delivery company only telling me early on the morning of delivery the date and time. Got home from work un packed to find 3 quite large dents in various parts of tge cabinet.
Tried to contact Debenhams no telephone number only whats app or messenger contact, nightmare.
They do eventually answer both but around 4am in the morning and go over the same details time and time again.
I also contacted home and living DBZ who they used to send the freezer. They were much more helpful.
I eventually agreed a £40 refund allowance to my card and I would keep the freezer. Only to be then told by Debenhams I was told have a £44 gift card which they say i selected, but most certainly did not.
Home and living have repeatedly asked Debenhams to give me the £40 refund to my card, Debenhams refuse.
After days of going back and forth I have now unfortunately had to claim a charge back via my credit card and tell them to collect the goods. This company is a nightmare, please heed the reviews and do not order from them. Communication is very poor and after service a disaster. A simple £40 refund would have saved days of repeated messaging and the situation could have been resolved. Please do not buy from them one of the worse companies I have ever dealt with.

2nd parcel I've sent via Yodel in the…

2nd parcel I've sent via Yodel in the past two weeks which has either gotten lost or take an age to get delivered. When things go wrong also very difficult to get answers as you can usually only speak to them via online chats snd their operatives aren't particularly helpful in resolving your issue. I am probably now going to pay a little extra and use a company with better service and reliability.

Fantastic service

Sent an email enquiry late on the 10th October with a query regarding part required to repair my broken lawn mower. I received a very quick response early the next morning with a helpful link to order the exact part required to hopefully fix the problem. Excellent communication, really fast response and free delivery. Really impressed thank you

5 star bulb

My recent contact with bulb was very helpful and they dealt with my increase in direct debit issue very quickly. Lots of problems at the moment in the energy market but bulb listened and offered a support to deal with my query and resolve. I've now switched to monthly usage billing and they refunded the credit that I had back into my bank within 24 hours. A further plus was that they answered my call within a couple of minutes most companies take you through a million computerised questions before letting you speak to anyone, well done 👏

Really professional company to deal…

Really professional company to deal with, online quote to buy my car easy and straight forward and there offer purchase price for my vehicle was very competitive. I had to telephone the customer service department twice to discuss queries and on both occasions the call handlers were polite, helpful and very understanding. I would definitely recommend Cazoo and will happily deal with them again
