Regularly get meals that have missing or out of date items. Raising the issues has become pointless as credit is offered - only useful if you want to continue to use a seemingly frequently failing service. Credit doesn’t put key ingredients in your hands or fuel in your car to go to the shop to buy the missing ingredients in order to be able to cook a meal.

We are very sorry to hear of the disappointment with our service due to missing and incorrect ingredients. We want to assure you that HelloFresh does not stand for that and we agree that it defeats the purpose of our service. We understand that missing items need to then be replaced to be able to prepare your meal and we apologise for creating an inconvenience.
Our Packing team takes care that all boxes are sent out as they ought to be, though since our boxes are still hand packed when an item goes missing it is surely human error. However, since it has happened on more than one occasion, they need to look into this more closely and make sure it is rectified. The same applies to when an item is sent that does not match our usual quality and we will make sure the Product team is aware of this so they can sort it out for future reference.
