Having had some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced over the last three months since moving home, it was a pleasant surprise dealing with Rachel earlier today. She was knowledgeable and extremely helpful and it was a delight to deal with her.
I doubt however that she alone is going to make SSE, as a company, any better to deal with, but she at least is a worthwhile asset to them.
