During the move to my new home there were a number of, shall we say, glitches with billing . Octopus were very responsive and helpful in getting these resolved satisfactorily for me.
They were very good at communication and understanding the issues.

Having had some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced over the last three months since moving home, it was a pleasant surprise dealing with Rachel earlier today. She was knowledgeable and extremely helpful and it was a delight to deal with her.
I doubt however that she alone is going to make SSE, as a company, any better to deal with, but she at least is a worthwhile asset to them.
