Frankly poor

Frankly, despite all the hype, smart offices and pleasant staff, the hearing experience was not for me and trying to get to speak to my local store (Norwich) was virtually impossible and then to be transferred to "someone who will help you" and sit awaiting "someone" to answer the call (average wait 30 minutes!!) in order to determine where my £3k refund could be expected (I was told +/- 15 working days) resulted in incorrect advice as to when it would be credited back. And it actually took several more days & calls to achieve
