Told by engineer I needed a replacement Bin which costs £32.50. This was ordered on 06/01/'26 with an assurance I would receive item in 3-5 working days. It is now 29/01/'26 and I am still waiting arrival!! After +/- 8 calls to "Customer Services" since 10/01/'26 on each I was assured a minor error in Admin. and I would receive in the stated 3-5 Days. Clearly Dyson have no concept of either service or indeed TRUTH. The worst I have EVER experienced.

I ordered the product which was sold at a sensible price, it was delivered on time & it fitted as described!! What else could possible be said?

Frankly, despite all the hype, smart offices and pleasant staff, the hearing experience was not for me and trying to get to speak to my local store (Norwich) was virtually impossible and then to be transferred to "someone who will help you" and sit awaiting "someone" to answer the call (average wait 30 minutes!!) in order to determine where my £3k refund could be expected (I was told +/- 15 working days) resulted in incorrect advice as to when it would be credited back. And it actually took several more days & calls to achieve

Unfortunately this particular transaction was NOT up to the usual & expected standard. The parcel was booked, via TGE with DPD, based on a "Next Day" delivery which did not happen and when I called TGE to enquire where the parcel was I was informed "Next Day" ONLY applied to collections within either the Liverpool & London areas. To my thinking that is misleading at best. However, the parcel was delivered safely albeit a day late.
