Avoid …my 90 year old mum had a blocked toilet, mum has Vascular Dementia she is Incontinent and has breast cancer. I couldn’t get a local plumber so decided to call these people. Big mistake . They said it would cost £140. They did come to mums that day I had to be at an appointment at 1pm. the plumber was at my mums at 12.30 they called me to say the blocked toilet needed a special machine therefore the cost would be £414 plus vat? The guy said they would still charge the £140 plus vat just to come out and look at the blocked toilet?
I said my mum needed the toilet so I would have to go with the £414 plus vat. I queried the price as on their web site it said oap get a discount? The guy then gave a discount but the bill still came to £414. That included the vat.
