What is going on
What is going on? The service/delivery used to be so much better. Cannot get through on the phone, emails apparently 7 days to answer - lots of comments about people not receiving their orders. The money leaves my account straight away - so unfair when we are left waiting. Logged into my account - which said 'order being prepared' four trays of cat food ordered 7 days ago what's the problem? As for dispatch please sort out the packaging, tins arrived split and totally unusable.
20th Oct 3 days and no replies to my email - seems viovet DO NOT CARE about their customers, look at their facebook page there are more negative comments on there. Thirty pound may not seem a lot to some, but in these times for me it is, I have had to spend more money to order more food from another company. At least have the good grace to 'own' up as to what is happening, and stop more people ordering from you.
Your reply is a bog standard one sent out to all complaints. No where in it do you mention when 'my' problem will be rectified. I am sure your 'team' already know of the problems customers are having with your company, one search on the Internet opens up a 'stack' of bad reviews. If you are not going to send my order ASAP I would like a FULL REFUND.
