Spoke to a lovely lady this morning to renew my contract. She was so helpful and patient with me.
I did not jot down her name, but if anyone from Plusnet reads this, it was her birthday on the 10th of this month. Please thank her for me for her help, and her understanding all much appreciated.

Still trying to get some of my credit…

Still trying to get some of my credit payment back.
Its with the Ombudsman who are looking into my complaints. What you promise over the telephone and in emails never happens.

You are unbelievable

You are unbelievable. Just closed a complaint with you regarding my meter readings been going on for years. I sent my latest readings to you on the 8th of this month as requested. I was told they had been received and added to my account. Today I received an email from you telling me that Morrisons' data needs to come out to read my meters - what is the matter with you? You tell me one thing over the phone and then do exactly the opposite. I was specifically told by one of your customer complaints operatives that this problem would NO longer happen to me. What good is that promise? When a few days later you go back on it.

Informative and Very Friendly

Lovely, friendly and very helpful call from Daisy this evening. She was calling as a follow up to my visit to their site GetAgent. She enquired if all was well also asking if the estate agent they had contacted for me had rang me (which they had). We chatted for several minuntes offering me sound advice as well emailing me further information all of which was/is a great help. Very, impressed with the GetAgent service good to actually speak to friendly, helpful person. Thank You Daisy very much appreciated. xx

What is going on

What is going on? The service/delivery used to be so much better. Cannot get through on the phone, emails apparently 7 days to answer - lots of comments about people not receiving their orders. The money leaves my account straight away - so unfair when we are left waiting. Logged into my account - which said 'order being prepared' four trays of cat food ordered 7 days ago what's the problem? As for dispatch please sort out the packaging, tins arrived split and totally unusable.
20th Oct 3 days and no replies to my email - seems viovet DO NOT CARE about their customers, look at their facebook page there are more negative comments on there. Thirty pound may not seem a lot to some, but in these times for me it is, I have had to spend more money to order more food from another company. At least have the good grace to 'own' up as to what is happening, and stop more people ordering from you.

Your reply is a bog standard one sent out to all complaints. No where in it do you mention when 'my' problem will be rectified. I am sure your 'team' already know of the problems customers are having with your company, one search on the Internet opens up a 'stack' of bad reviews. If you are not going to send my order ASAP I would like a FULL REFUND.

Rang Dormeo to return my mattress…

THANK YOU I HAVE JUST LOGGED INTO BANK ACCOUNT AND NOTICED I HAVE BEEN REFUNDED.


Rang Dormeo to return my mattress (which is not free) £36 that was 10 days ago - and still NO refund.
Replied to Dormeo with my order number so they can see I am not a troll.

I did send you my order number yesterday afternoon I replied to the PM you sent me via Trustpilot. What other details do you need.

Took the plunge to buy one and treat…

Took the plunge to buy one and treat myself after breast cancer treatment. I am somewhat disappointed, it slips around the bed, seems to tilt me to one side of the bed and I find it hard to move around the bed it does not seem to support my body - all in all incredibly upsetting.

I was not going to write this until I…

I was not going to write this until I received an email from OVO asking me 'how have we done' well the answer is terrible.

I would like to update this review to say 'thank you to Ben as well as Emily.
Ben rang me this morning took all the details then got back to me having sorted it all out. Once you get to speak to someone and explain the situation they can and do help- just a shame I had to go the route I did. But fair do's it has been sorted and that is the main thing.

Not Trustworthy.

Wish I had read this site before I booked this company.
Tried ringing and keep being told of 'technical issues with the line' I bet too many people complaining.

Emailed this morning to be told they had NO idea why my parcel had not been collected yesterday - seems I am not alone.

I suggest we take to social media and tell people about this, if a company cannot be trusted to deliver a service they promise then they should not be in business.
Where is the parcel you promised and I paid for you to collect.
