I purchased a chair on February 4th…

I purchased a chair on February 4th 2022, it became faulty. The chair was returned on the 5th July 2023, shocking customer service email after email sent no response from the company.
I contacted citizens advice who advised to send the company a letter giving 7 days to respond, the company have received the letter and yet again no response.
Avoid using this company absolutely appalling.
