Putting disabled customers in financial hardship !!!!!

We are disabled priorty customers....
EDF HAVENT sent us our bills for 5th Dec and 5th Jan on the the app and instead sent us 2 incorrect bills saying we are in credit now they are saying we owe £1000 a month for gas and electricity this has placed us in £1900 debt and financial hardship and instead of dealing with us Karen Hubbard Operations Manager didn't you even contact us if she did she woukd have understood we were missing bills....but instead of doing her job immediately sent us deadlock letter they are now refusing to talk to us or change us onto a cheaper tariff....!! The stress and upset this is causing is ridiculous
