Terrible customer services

My son brought £25 flowers on mother's day they died the next day I sent a email and photos to customer services and they are really messing me about cant find j
His card number, have I got the product code packaging etc

Hair pro is a complete waste of money no difference no improvement and customers services don't care at all.....!!!

Live chat is a joke
I received an email saying pay before 11.59pm tonight I messaged to pay 20mins on hold while seba made her breakfast and cane back to say you wont be getting your order its cancelled...
This was my first BOX....
WOW CUSTOMER SERVICES!!!!!

AVOID*** Avoid vets now sutton Reported for professional misconduct

I took my guinea pig in at 11.30pm Monday night as she was very ill they took her off me for an hour and when they returned they said they couldn't see anything worrying they had given her a quick ultrasound and gave her antibiotics, pain mens and build up food. £300 later and a very stroppy man at reception took payment....!!

The next day she was worse took her to my own vets and she had to be put to sleep as my vet said she had a huge mass in her tummy ..!!!
HOW WAS THIS MISSED, why was i given medication she didnt need...
And why has no one responded to my emails?
AVOID THIS VETS...

7 EMAILS HAVE BEEN SENT AND NOT ONE REPLY..I HAVE REPORTED YOU TO the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS): For serious professional misconduct .....

Amazing Cake and lovely staff

Brought my husbands 50th Birthday cake, the cake is absolutely delicious so light and so tasty
My families favourite cakes now...always used to go to costco now we only use cake box and the lady in Epsom store is so friendly thank you

Horrible Quality Avoid.....

For a company called cotton trader you would think they did good bath towels....think again I did £100 on towels and they have the texture of a microfiber cloth....horrible avoid
The worst towels ive ever ordered im now £100 out of pocket with towels that are a horrible texture....

AVOID DO NOT TAKE THE MEMBERSHIP...

Avoid the membership
£39.99 they say they contact you to check you still want it. .THEY DONT took it out of my bank last year without ANY notice and tried to take it again today luckily the card they have is cancelled so it flagged up....!!!!

I ordered a kettle and toaster and received a shark shampoo machine when I called i was told as a gesture of good will they will send me a return label and I can drive it to a delivery point....!!!!!!! WHAT....!!!! Or they will book a collection between 9 and 5 when im at work.....!!!!

I was quoted £11 for a,repair and CHARGED £21 99 and told it was explained to me beforehand that it was a minimum charge
