Sent wrong item

Sent wrong item. Other item had faults. Trying to send back is a nightmare. Communicating via chat and email. Took hours with long breaks between communication.

Three days since last message on trus pilot. Two weeks since asked for items to be collected and returned. No one answers phones or emails!!!

Thank you for your feedback.

I do apologise we sent an incorrect item to you however rest assured this will be dealt with internally. A collection request has been submitted as per your request and we will be in touch as soon as we have the courier information.

The next steps of communication will be sent via email and we will be in regular contact all has been resolved.
