awful colour differences on upper and lower parasol poles
The two parts of the pole on the parasol I ordered did not match. Im not talking about slight shading differences it was night and day. I suggested they send a new lower pole that was a better match. They said they could not as it might be a worse match. I suggested they could look for a match to the photo i had sent but got no reply. Clearly a company who does not care much for customer satisfaction.
