Poor tech support, issue still not fixed.

I invested in a number of Arlo home security cameras roughly 4 years ago. These worked fine up until 3 weeks ago when the geolocation feature stopped working. After many calls to Arlo tech support, I was told the matter has been escalated to a higher tier support team. That was 2 weeks ago. I've had no contact with them since. The Arlo product itself isn't bad and had been stable for the last 4 years. Just a real shame the tech support isn't there, and I'm left with a partially functioning product!
